“I provide neuro-affirming, individualised support for learners with dyslexia and dyscalculia, focusing on skill development, confidence, and a positive relationship with learning.”
Dyslexia Intervention
As both a parent and an educator, I understand how important it is to find the right support for your child. I provide structured, multisensory dyslexia intervention to explicitly teach reading, writing, and spelling in a clear, supportive, and confidence-building way.
Dyscalulia Intervention
I use a fun, structured, and multisensory approach to build strong numeracy skills and develop true number sense, while gently reducing maths anxiety. By revisiting and strengthening the foundations, I help students grow their understanding, confidence, and belief in their ability to succeed in maths.
About Megan
I began my teaching journey in 2011 and have since worked in a range of roles, including classroom teacher, school-based interventionist, and private practitioner. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how differently children learn — and how important it is to provide the right support at the right time.
I am passionate about using research-informed approaches to help students learn and grow, always tailoring my teaching to the individual child in front of me. No two learners are the same, and I believe intervention should reflect that.
As a parent of neurodivergent children, I bring both lived and extensive professional experience in supporting neurodivergent learners. I am deeply committed to helping Autistic, ADHD, PDA, and all wonderful neurospicy students learn in ways that honour their strengths and work with their unique brains — not against them.
